Spensa is operations software for restaurants and hospitality groups. Connect your Spensa organization to ask questions about your business data and get routine back-office work done from the conversation. With read access you can analyze supplier spending, invoice line items, product price changes, orders and deliveries, order schedules, inventory areas, recipes and menu costs, POS sales reports, and team tasks. With read and write access you can also create and edit draft orders, send orders to your suppliers, maintain suppliers and products, review and finalize processed invoices, upload invoices and POS reports from chat attachments, manage recipes and inventory areas, and keep task lists up to date. Spensa is for company members of an existing Spensa organization. Each connection belongs to one organization, follows your existing Spensa role and permissions, and asks whether to grant read-only or read and write access. Staff accounts that sign in with a username cannot connect. Spensa does not make payments, does not manage passwords or sign-in credentials, and only sends supplier orders when you ask it to.
