Stellar Raven is a remote MCP server from the Stellar Development Foundation. It gives AI agents one place to look up anything in the Stellar ecosystem, instead of a separate server for each source. It covers the official Stellar developer docs, live ecosystem data on projects, graded repositories, builders, and partners, and community intel such as news, podcasts, events, governance, and the Stellar Community Fund. It also includes 20 curated playbooks for smart contracts, payments, dApps, and data and indexing, which agents read section by section. Two tools do the work. search ranks 60 live operations and the playbooks to find the right source for a question. execute runs agent-written JavaScript in a sandbox with no network access, so one script can call several sources and combine the results into one answer. Raven is read-only and does not sign transactions, hold keys, or move value. The catalog is checked against the live services every day.
