Stratum Shifts builds the weekly staff schedule for a small team: a cafe, restaurant, shop, salon, clinic or cleaning crew. Tell Claude who works for you, what each person can do, their weekly hour limits, the days or times they cannot work, and what each day needs. Stratum Shifts keeps the team, fills open shifts fairly within each person's availability and limits, and checks the week for double bookings, dates off, availability, weekly hour limits, rest between shifts, roles and uncovered shifts. The week opens as an interactive grid in the chat. Change any shift by asking Claude or by clicking it, copy last week into next week, and publish a read-only link your staff open on their phones, with a calendar file for each person. When someone calls in sick or asks for a day off, say so. Claude records the date off, opens the shift and finds a cover who holds the role, is free and has hours left. Sign in with a free Stratum Shifts account when you connect. Free covers one workplace and up to 10 active staff. A Team plan on the Stratum Shifts website adds up to five workplaces, 75 staff each, and shift emails to each person.
