Styrelseproffset is the platform Swedish housing associations (bostadsrättsföreningar) use to run their board work. With this connector you can ask Claude about your association instead of searching yourself: what the board decided at the last meeting, which cases are open and what was written in them, what is happening in the calendar next month, which agreements are about to expire, or everything that concerns a given topic. Claude can also prepare work for you: a reply in an e-mail case, a new case, a mailout, a text message or a news item for the association's website. Everything that reaches other people is created as a draft that you review and send in Styrelseproffset – the connector itself can never send mailouts, text messages or notifications, sign, vote or publish on the website. You sign in with your own Styrelseproffset account, with BankID or password and two-factor authentication, and choose the association, which parts of the platform the connection may reach, and whether it may only read or also create and change. Read-only is the default. The connection acts on your behalf and never sees more than you are allowed to see. Under Connected AI services in your settings you can see every call the connection has made and disconnect it at any time. The board sees all connections in the association and can turn AI connections off entirely. Styrelseproffset and its data are in Swedish.
