Sugar Sense
Sugar Sense is a CGM companion app for people with diabetes (FreeStyle Libre, Dexcom and Nightscout, plus manual, Apple Health and Health Connect sources). This connector lets your own AI assistant read your Sugar Sense data, read-only, so you can ask about it in your own words. What it can read: your current glucose with its trend and the change since the last reading; your glucose readings for any window up to 14 days per request; your statistics for 1 to 90 days (time in range, average, GMI, variability, the daily rows); your LogBook (meals, insulin records, notes, activity, meter checks); the overnight report; the patterns Sugar Sense detected; and your unit, target range and glucose source. If you follow someone in the Care Circle, you can connect their data too, within the access they granted you. What it never does: it cannot change anything in your account, receive your alerts or act for you. Sugar Sense never calculates or suggests insulin doses, corrections or treatment, through the connector or otherwise. Answers come from the assistant, not from Sugar Sense. Sugar Sense is not a medical device. You approve the connection once on a Sugar Sense page (sign in, choose whose data, Allow) and can disconnect at any time in Settings. Requires a Sugar Sense account with a glucose source and Sugar Sense Premium.
