SummaBooking is a room and resource booking service for small offices, coworking and shared spaces, churches and community centers. This connector lets you run it from Claude. What you can do: • Find a free room by time and seat count, and check a room's availability for any day. • Book, change or cancel a booking, or book a daily, weekly or monthly series. • See your upcoming bookings across the workspaces you belong to. • Admins can create a workspace, add and edit rooms (seats, location, amenities, opening hours), set booking rules (longest booking, how far ahead, per-member limits, check-in and no-show release, capacity enforcement) and invite members by email. How it works: you sign in to SummaBooking with your email (a one-time code, no password) and choose what Claude may do: read bookings, make bookings, and manage the workspace. Claude acts only as you, in workspaces you belong to and with your role. Overlapping bookings are refused by the database, so a room can never be double-booked. Before you connect: you need a SummaBooking account. You can create one, and a workspace, from Claude itself. Subscribing and payment happen only in the SummaBooking web app.
