Superfocus is a planning coach for people with more ambition than time. A season holds your goals, goals hold milestones and tasks, and tasks get time on your calendar as blocks. This connector gives Claude the same picture. Read: who you are and what time it is for you, your current season, goals with milestones and open tasks, calendar blocks for any date range, recurring routines, daily and weekly reviews, focus score and hours per goal, journal entries, meeting notes, screen time and the coach's latest assessment. Edit, only if you turn on "Can edit" when you connect: put tasks on the calendar, move, resize, complete or delete blocks, create and update tasks, goals and milestones, change your sleep schedule, save a journal note, or leave a note for your Superfocus coach to remember. Edits are logged in your activity history as made by Claude, and meeting guests get a calendar update when a shared event moves. Typical asks: "plan my afternoon around my deadlines", "what did I spend time on this week per goal", "turn these meeting notes into tasks", "move my deep work block to 9", "how is my writing goal going". You connect with your Superfocus account through OAuth. You can revoke access any time in Superfocus under Settings > Integrations > MCP.
