SuperMailbox connects supported email accounts to Claude through OAuth. Search messages, read email threads and requested attachments, create unsent drafts, and send, reply to, or forward messages when you ask. Manage read status, stars, message folders, and SuperMailbox rules for new incoming mail. Reading, attachments, drafts, sending, and mailbox changes have separate permissions. Access is limited to mailboxes connected to your SuperMailbox account and depends on mailbox status, provider support, and subscription eligibility. Search can be partial or cached; returned coverage and freshness metadata must be checked. Mail changes can be queued, and only a completed action confirms provider success. Rules are not provider-native filters and do not process historical mail. No permanent-delete or empty-Trash tool is provided. You can revoke Claude access in SuperMailbox AI connections.
