Superplace is an operations platform for unstaffed and lightly staffed stores in Korea, such as study cafes, fitness studios, practice rooms and lounges. The Superplace connector lets Claude work in your store with your own account and permissions. What you can do: - Reservations: see today's bookings, create a booking, move it to another time, check guests in and out, mark no-shows, and find free times. - Customers: search customers and see their memberships. - Inbox: read customer conversations from every channel, reply, add internal notes, and close or move a conversation. - Sales: get sales summaries and trends, payments, product sales and inventory. - Team: see team members, work sessions and attendance. - Devices: see devices and whether they are online, the door entry log and automation routines. - Promotions: see coupons, campaigns and campaign results. How it works: - You sign in with your Superplace account and choose one store or your whole organization. - Claude acts as you. It has exactly your permissions, and changes appear in the store activity log under your name. - Every tool that changes data asks for your approval before it runs. - Refunds, payments, door unlocking and permission changes are not available through the connector. You need a Superplace account with access to at least one store.
