Superset is the coaching platform personal trainers and gyms use to program workouts and track their clients' training. This app connects your Superset account to ChatGPT. Coaches can ask about anyone on their roster: who they coach, what a client is training, how their lifts are progressing, their personal records, habits, and check-ins. With write access, coaches can also build and adjust a client's workout, add a client, and manage a client's sessions and habits. Clients can see their assigned program, review recent workouts and personal records, and start and log a workout that stays in sync with the Superset mobile app. A connection reads one Superset account. Workout data and health data are authorized separately, and access can be revoked from Superset at any time. Superset is a training tool and does not give medical advice.
