Connect Claude to your Switchbooks account to answer questions about your books. Review profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, account balances, transactions, vendors, categories, and journal entries. Choose a company you have access to, then ask questions such as “Show last month’s profit and loss,” “Which vendors did we spend the most with this quarter?” or “Find uncategorized transactions that need review.” Your books remain read-only. Selecting a company only saves which company the connection uses; the connector cannot edit or post transactions, change journal entries, send invitations, or transfer money. Disconnect at any time through Claude’s connector settings. A Switchbooks account and access to at least one company are required.
