Connect Claude to your Syncaida organisation to search and work with the records your account can access. Look up CRM contacts and companies, review support tickets and comments, track projects and tasks, and manage workboard cards and operational records. Choose read-only access or read-and-write access on Syncaida’s consent page. Tools follow your Syncaida permissions. Sensitive actions such as sending messages, calendar changes and deletions require approval in Syncaida. Purchase-order approval is excluded from this connector. You need an existing Syncaida account and access to an organisation. Sign in directly to Syncaida with OAuth; Claude does not receive your password. Revoke the connection in Syncaida’s Authorized applications settings.
