SyncHub uses a combination of webhooks and API polling to sync your cloud service data to a relational database (either yours, or we provide one for free). When Claude calls our MCP server, we use our proprietary data model to structure & execute a read-only SQL query on your database, then return the results. Agentic workflows SyncHub is perfect for workflows that depend on the state of your business, such as when a project completes, an invoice is overdue or a staff member is late for work. Security Your data is encrypted at all times, and stored in your own database. And remember, our data snapshot is read-only, so there is no risk of your AI doing irreversible damage to your primary business data. Advanced and recurring queries Our Insights platform allows you to pre-load query results so that Claude can retrieve them almost instantly and in a consistent format - perfect for keeping a dashboard up to date with real-time sales metrics.
