SyncSignature manages email signatures for teams on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. This connector lets Claude work inside your SyncSignature workspace. Ask Claude who is missing a job title or phone number, why a teammate has no signature, or which integration token has expired. Add or update teammates, create groups and assign them a template, and check the install record for any person. Pause, resume or reschedule the clickable banner campaigns in your team's signatures, and read link clicks for any teammate by country, browser and device. Preview any catalog template with your own details before rolling it out. Changes go live in your team's signatures. Template edits re-render the signature of everyone in the groups that use the template, so Claude states how many people are affected and asks before saving. Deletes remove the signatures they cover, and Claude confirms the person or group first. Fields bound to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or CSV sync are filled by the directory, which syncs every 24 hours or on demand, so Claude explains a locked field instead of overwriting it.
