T1U is the connector for teams that already run CRM, email, and pipeline in T1U and want that same workspace inside Claude. Ask for open deals and pipeline value, pull a customer 360 (contacts, activities, mail, notes), search email and calendar, or brief yourself before a call. Draft a follow-up, or create a contact, deal, CRM task, or meeting. Writes stay confirmation-gated in T1U. The connector does not send email, delete CRM records, move money, or expose HR/payroll. Each person signs in with OAuth. Claude only sees that user’s T1U company — not a shared API key and not another tenant. You need a T1U workspace with CRM data and a login that can access it. Calendar and mailbox tools need a connected Google or Microsoft account. This connector calls first-party T1U APIs only.
