Takes keeps a household's or a team's notes, documents, tasks, calendar, recordings, mail and photos in one shared project. The Takes connector lets Claude work in the projects you are a member of, with the access you have there. Claude can search and read a project's documents and captured material, list its tasks and calendar dates, and read its annotations, decks, reports and apps. It can create and update documents, tasks, dates and annotations, attach files, and build decks, reports and apps in the project. Each change is recorded as made by you through an assistant, and the project's other members see it. You need a Takes account that is a member of at least one project. Connect, sign in to Takes and press Allow. Disconnect at any time under Settings → Account → App tokens in Takes. Takes receives the tool calls Claude makes, not your conversation with Claude.
