tapID is a digital business card and lead-capture platform. This connector lets Claude read the contacts, CRM notes, conversations and events in the tapID workspaces you can already access, so you can follow up on leads without leaving the chat. Ask Claude to find a contact by name, company or tag, pull the notes you saved about a lead, catch up on messages sent to your cards, or summarise how an event performed (views, saves and the contacts it captured). The connector is read-only. It cannot edit cards, send messages or delete data. Access follows your existing tapID permissions: Business team members see only the cards and events assigned to them. You choose which permissions to grant when you connect, and you can disconnect at any time from Account → Security → AI integrations in tapID or from Claude's connector settings. Requires a tapID Premium or Business plan.
