Taskpile is a task manager built native to MCP, so Claude can work your task list directly from the conversation: capture tasks as they come up, tell you what is on your plate, schedule and reschedule, complete and delegate, and tidy a list from a paragraph of prose. No copy-paste, no switching apps. The app itself is deliberately quiet. Everything lands in one inbox with no decisions at capture time. Each morning a two-minute review gives every item one decision: Today, Later, or off your plate. Then you work from a single Today screen. There are no P1/P2/P3 priorities, no status workflows and no project bureaucracy. Horizons (Today, Tomorrow, In a few days, Next week, Someday) replace fake due dates, and a task that slips simply comes back to the review pile. With the connector, Claude gets the same vocabulary you use in the app: projects, tags, horizons, delegation, shared projects and teams. Every tool is annotated: reads are marked read-only, and anything that deletes or cannot be undone is marked destructive, so Claude asks before it runs. Recurring tasks, reminders, a morning digest by email or push, a board view and a focus timer are there when you want them. Taskpile runs in the browser and installs as an app on phone and desktop. Data lives in the EU. Built by a small, self-funded Danish company. A free plan with no card is enough to connect.
