Tayl is a staff training platform for small businesses, especially in hospitality and retail. Connect it to Claude to run your training by asking in plain language. With Tayl in Claude you can: - See training compliance and completion across your sites, groups and courses - Find out who has overdue or unfinished training - Add new starters, update people and organise them into groups - Assign courses to people or groups, with due dates - Draft and edit courses, including images from your presentations and documents Claude acts as you. It can only see and do what your role allows in Tayl, so a manager's connection reaches only the people and groups they manage. When you connect, you choose what Claude may do, and every change it makes is recorded in Tayl's history as yours, made through Claude. By default, Claude asks before each change. You need a Tayl account as an admin, manager, coordinator, content creator or content manager. An organisation admin must first turn on Personal API keys and AI assistants in Settings > Public API. Training figures need Advanced reporting on your plan. Claude can't complete training, sign documents or chat for anyone. To disconnect, revoke the connection under API keys and AI assistants in your Tayl profile, or disconnect Tayl in Claude.
