TeamShift gives a small business an AI operations team that works from the company's own data. With the TeamShift connector, Claude can read that team's current state for the one workspace you approve: - your team's members, status and task board - your Digital Twin summary: what TeamShift knows about your business and where coverage is still missing - the learned memory your team has built up, labelled as experience rather than verified fact - individual tasks, their results and their evidence The connector is read-only. It cannot create tasks, approve work, send messages or change anything in TeamShift. Approvals and new work stay in the TeamShift portal, and every response includes a direct portal link for anything that needs a person. You sign in with your TeamShift account. A workspace owner or admin picks exactly one workspace on TeamShift's consent screen, and you can disconnect at any time from API keys > Connected apps in the TeamShift portal. Access tokens last one hour, and refresh tokens rotate with each use. Requires a TeamShift workspace in which you are an owner or admin.
