Techpool is an AI-native platform for field service and manufacturing. It keeps scheduling, field work reports, clients, timesheets and expenses in one system, captured at the source.
This connector lets Claude work in your Techpool company with your own permissions.
What you can ask:
- Which missions are open this week, and who is assigned?
- Summarize the latest field work report for a client and list the findings.
- Who is free on Thursday? Book a technician on a job from 8 to 12.
- Show the timesheets waiting for my approval.
- Add a note to a client account about today's call.
How it works:
- You sign in to Techpool and approve the connection. Claude never sees your password.
- Claude can only see and do what your Techpool role allows.
- Deleting, cancelling and publishing wait for your confirmation.
- Every action is logged. You can disconnect at any time in Techpool under Settings > AI Apps.
Requires a Techpool account in a company that has AI app access.
