TempoRevenue helps independent professionals turn a client's request into a proposal they can send and track. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your TempoRevenue account. Tell ChatGPT about the request: the client's name, the scope, the timeline and the budget. ChatGPT passes a short description to TempoRevenue, which creates a draft proposal in your account and returns a link to review and send it. What ChatGPT cannot do on its own, and TempoRevenue does: - Price the work with your numbers. If the request states a price, TempoRevenue uses it as the total. Otherwise the price is calculated in code from your own saved rates and the estimated hours. Either way it is set in code, not guessed by a language model. - Save the proposal in your account. The draft lives in your TempoRevenue account, where you can edit deliverables, exclusions, clauses and payment terms. - Provide an electronic signature link. The proposal has a public link where your client reads it and accepts it online with a typed signature, leaving a tamper-evident signing record and a signed PDF. - Track what happens next. TempoRevenue records when the client first opens the proposal and when they accept it, and ChatGPT can tell you. What you can ask ChatGPT - Create a draft proposal from a short description of a client's request. - List your latest proposals, optionally only the drafts, the viewed ones or the accepted ones. - Check whether a client has opened or accepted a proposal. - Check how many proposals you can still create. What the plugin does not do - It never sends anything to your client. You review the draft and share the link yourself. - It does not edit or delete proposals. - It does not read your chat history. ChatGPT only sends the short description of the request. - It only reaches your own TempoRevenue account. You sign in to your existing TempoRevenue account and approve the permissions on a consent screen. You can disconnect at any time in TempoRevenue under Integrations. Creating a proposal takes 30 to 60 seconds. Prices and amounts in a proposal are reviewed and sent by you; TempoRevenue does not give legal or tax advice.
