The Learning Mate is an AI-assisted marking platform for secondary-school teachers. This app lets a teacher ask about their own classes in plain language, using the courses, exams and marked work already in their The Learning Mate account. Ask things like: • "Who hasn't submitted the Unit 3 test in Year 10 Chemistry?" • "What was the average on the November mock, and which questions did students find hardest?" • "How is Amira doing across this course?" • "Summarise the feedback on Omar's last paper." What it can read: • Your courses and the students enrolled in them • Your exams, and who has submitted, been marked or needs a second look • Grade statistics and question-by-question analysis • A student's marked paper, with marks and feedback, once you have released the grades What it can't do: • Create, change or delete anything. Every tool is read-only. • See other teachers' classes, or grades you haven't released. How to connect: you need a teacher account at thelearningmate.com. When you connect, you sign in to The Learning Mate and approve read-only access on a consent screen. Student and parent accounts can't connect.
