TimeTackle
TimeTackle turns your calendars into time data. Connect your TimeTackle workspace to ask how time is spent and to log time without leaving ChatGPT. What you can do: - Analyze meeting time: total hours, meeting counts, people and organizations met, and trends by day, week or month. - Break time down by your workspace's tags and properties (projects, clients, departments and more), per person or per calendar. - List your calendars and look up events with the same filters as the TimeTackle web app. - Create, update and delete your own manual time entries, with tags. Who it is for: teams and individuals who already use TimeTackle to track and report time from Google or Outlook calendars. Limitations: - You need a TimeTackle account; you sign in with it when you connect. - Results cover only the calendars you can access in TimeTackle (owners and admins see the whole workspace; other members see the calendars, teams and people they were granted). - Data exists only for your workspace's sync range; dates outside it return nothing. - Manual entries are always created for the connected user. - It does not create or change calendar events in Google or Outlook.
