Tomatick Focus Timer

Tomatick Focus Timer runs a live focus timer in an interactive card and plans focus sessions into the time you have. It is used for deep work, writing, studying, exam revision, practice sessions, and interval training. Ask for a 25/5 or 50/10 pomodoro timer, a countdown timer for a talk or a workout set, or a work/rest interval timer. The card shows a countdown with a progress ring, the current phase, round dots, and Start, Pause, Skip, and Reset buttons. A soft chime marks the end of each focus block and break, and it can be muted. The timer is calculated from a stored end time rather than by counting ticks, so it stays accurate when the tab is in the background, and it catches up to the right phase when you return. Plan a session: say "I have 3 hours to study until 5pm" or "plan pomodoros from 9:00 to 12:30 with a lunch break". The tool fits whole focus blocks into the window, skips your fixed breaks, and lists each block with clock times, total focus minutes, and spare time. If the standard 15-minute long break would cost a block, it shortens the long break and says so; set your own long break to keep it. Time zones can be given as a city, an IANA name, or an abbreviation, and clock times follow daylight-saving changes. Download an .ics file to add the focus blocks to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, then start the live timer from the plan. Example: "Plan pomodoros from 9:00 to 14:00 with a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45." Limitations: the timer runs while the conversation is open and cannot send phone notifications. Sessions are limited to 24 hours. Plans schedule whole focus blocks only. Focus history is not saved between conversations. The live timer needs a host that displays interactive views.
