Trace Any Image

ClaudeCommunityby Wikivec Inc.

Trace Any Image finds where an image appears online and whether it needs a licence. Give Claude an image address, a page address or an uploaded file, and the connector searches the web for the same picture (with Google Cloud Vision's web detection) and gives one of four verdicts with the links behind it: paid stock found (on Getty Images, iStock, Shutterstock, Alamy, Adobe Stock or a similar site: it needs a licence unless you bought one or it's in the public domain), free source found (on Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash, Pexels or a similar source: check that page's licence), widely published with the owner unknown (on 10 or more sites: treat it as licensed), or not found (nowhere online, or only on a few sites with no owner named). It never says an image is safe or free to use. It can also check every image on a website you run: it reads the sitemap (or follows links), traces each image and lists stock-site images first, with the page each is on, a shareable report and a CSV. Tools: • trace_image traces one image: the verdict, the stock, free-source and other pages it's on, and a report link. • scan_site checks a website's images; larger scans finish in the background and check_job returns them. • upload_image gives a private upload page for image files on the user's device (chat attachments don't reach connectors). • watch_site and unwatch_site turn weekly scans of a site on or off (Pro). • my_usage and whoami show the signed-in account, its plan and images used. Photos of people get a verdict, but the pages they appear on aren't listed: it isn't a people search. X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and Pinterest links aren't fetched. An account is created the first time you sign in (email or Google). 20 images a month are free; Pro is at traceanyimage.com/pricing. Uploads are deleted after 24 hours and reports after 30 days. Results are evidence of where an image appears, not legal advice.
