Trackberry tracks ocean and air shipments of fresh produce for importers, exporters and forwarders. Connect it to ask about your shipments in plain language: where a container is, when it arrives and whether the ETA has slipped, which containers are about to run into demurrage or detention, what alerts and failed document checks need attention, and what the bill of lading or invoice says. The connector is read-only. It reads one Trackberry organization, the one you pick when you authorize, and never changes shipments or documents. Answers link back to each shipment's page in Trackberry, named by its container or air waybill number, and clients that support MCP Apps show the route and the last known position on a map.
