TradeSender is field-service software for UK lawn care, gardening and landscaping businesses. With this connector, Claude works in your TradeSender workspace as you, with the permissions of your role. Ask "What's on tomorrow?", "Which invoices are still unpaid?" or "Quote Mrs Marsh for a fortnightly mow and a hedge trim", and Claude reads and updates the same records you see in the app. What you can ask Claude to do: - Customers: find, add and update customers, their contacts and their properties. - Quotes: draft a quote from your services, email it, and convert an accepted quote to a job. - Jobs and visits: create jobs, schedule and move visits, set up repeating visits and mark work complete. - Calendar and time: check the calendar, clock in and out, and record time and time off. - Invoices: raise an invoice from a finished job, issue it, email it and record a payment you have received. What it leaves alone: sign-in, your team, account settings, your plan, file uploads and PDFs. Recording a payment notes money you have already been paid; the connector moves no money. Reading and changing are separate tools, so you can let Claude look things up freely and approve each change. Claude asks before it emails a customer or records money. Deleting a record archives it. You sign in with your own TradeSender account, and you can disconnect Claude at any time under Settings, AI assistants. You need a TradeSender account; the Free plan covers one person and 30 visits a month.
