TradespeopleHQ keeps a live hotlist of skilled-trades workers, starting with shipyard trades, who were screened by text and recently confirmed they are looking for work. With this connector, an employer, shipyard, contractor or staffing agency can search that hotlist from Claude by trade, state, years of experience, pay budget and per diem, and see anonymous worker cards: trade, region, experience, minimum pay, per diem preference and how recently the worker confirmed availability. Every fact is labelled as stated by the worker. When the employer wants to meet workers, Claude drafts their open job (company, contact, role, location, pay), shows it, and sends it to TradespeopleHQ only after they confirm it and agree that the job may be shown to matching workers. TradespeopleHQ reviews the job and replies by email. A worker's name and contact details are shared only after that worker says yes to that specific job. The connector never contacts a worker, never reveals worker identities, and does not rank or filter on age or other protected traits.
