Trafft is an appointment scheduling platform for service businesses. Connect your Trafft account and Claude works on your booking sites with your own permissions. What you can do: - See what is booked today, this week or for any period, across all your linked sites at once - Find free times for a service and employee - Book, reschedule and cancel appointments - Find, add and update customers - Create and manage discount coupons - Look up services, employees and locations - Agency accounts: list client sites and plans, and create new client sites How it stays safe: - Claude never sees your Trafft password. You sign in on a Trafft page and choose which sites Claude may work on. - Every team member connects with their own login and sees only what they can see in the Trafft dashboard. - Read-only questions can cover several sites; changes always target one site. - Deletions (customers, appointments, coupons) are previewed first and only carried out after you confirm. Requires a Trafft account on a plan that includes the AI Assistants integration. A site administrator can remove access by disabling the employee or narrowing their permissions in Trafft.
