Treka is booking and operations software for outdoor guides, tour operators and outfitters. This connector lets a company owner or admin work with their Treka account from Claude. Ask about your business: - Company overview: trips, upcoming departures, recent bookings and revenue - Trips and departures, with capacity, seats booked and seats left - Bookings, searchable by date, trip, status or guest, including guest contact details - Revenue by month or by trip, counted the way the Treka dashboard counts it - Guide invoices, reviews and gift cards Get tasks done (only if you turn on "Allow changes" when you connect): - Add departures, change seats, mark a date sold out or reopen it - Add a manual booking or hold, update guest details or party size, add a private note, confirm a booking, or cancel an unpaid one - Email a booking's guest from your company - Edit trip details such as title, description and price - Approve or reject guide invoices Built to be safe: - You sign in to Treka and choose the company. Only owners and admins can connect. - Read-only by default. Changes need your explicit permission, and Claude asks before each one. - Treka never takes payments, issues refunds or pays anyone out through Claude. Those stay in the Treka portal. - Every change is logged in Treka, and you can disconnect at any time from Connections. Requires a Treka account (treka.app).
