Trustifi for Claude gives security and IT teams a conversational way to investigate and manage email security across their Trustifi plan. Ask Claude what happened to a message and it traces delivery end to end; ask why something was quarantined and it pulls the quarantine record and threat analysis. With the connector you can: - Trace inbound and outbound email and see why a message was blocked, delayed, or delivered - Search inbound and outbound quarantine, review flagged messages, and release or remove them - View and update inbound allow and block lists - Hunt rewritten URLs to see who clicked a suspicious link and when - Review Account Takeover Protection incidents - Search the email archive and audit logs for inbound, outbound, archive, and ATP configuration changes - Manage Threat Prevention reviewers, their permissions, and notification settings - Check configured domains and the recipient suppression list - Search the Trustifi knowledge base for product guidance Managed service providers can work across the customer plans they manage from a single connection. Requirements: an active Trustifi plan and a Trustifi admin or reviewer account. Users sign in with their Trustifi credentials, and Claude can only see and change what that account's permissions allow. Actions that change configuration or quarantine state, such as releasing a message or editing a block list, are labelled as write actions.
