The admin desk for Urban Network Capital Group's sales team — the staff side of UNCG Inventory, which agents use. Mark a home sold, on hold or available; change a price; update a phase's delivery date, deposit schedule, HOA or co-broke commission. What you change here is what agents see in their own assistant within seconds, which is why each change reads the home back before and after. Ask what needs attention and the desk reports it: homes nobody has touched in over a month, homes still listed available in a phase marked sold out, and records missing a price or a size. Those contradictions are what send an agent to show a home that is already gone. Answer the showing and sales-centre requests agents send — acknowledge, schedule or decline, with a message back to the agent. Each request arrives with the agent's name, brokerage and licence number, because they chose to send it. There is no report of who has been browsing: this connector does not track agents. Holds nothing about agents' clients. Bulk loading a phase of homes or a folder of renders belongs on the upload page, not in a chat. Restricted to UNCG staff accounts, checked on every call.
