Urban Network Capital Group's new-construction inventory, straight from UNCG's own records, for licensed real-estate agents. Search communities, phases and individual homes by price, bedrooms, square feet and availability, and read each home's estimated delivery on the record. Open a home to see its floor, size, furnished price, HOA or condo fee, and the terms that belong to its phase: the deposit schedule, the co-broke commission and when it is paid, the rental rules, and the disclosures an agent has to repeat to a client. Every record carries the date UNCG last updated it, and the assistant states that date beside the figure rather than presenting a price as though it were quoted today. A home marked sold leaves search immediately when the sales team changes it. Searching is not recorded — UNCG is not told what you look at or when; they see what you send them. When a client is ready, request a showing or a sales-centre visit without leaving the chat. The request reaches UNCG's sales team with your saved agent card — name, brokerage and licence number — which is how UNCG registers the agent who brought the buyer; the team confirms the time. The buyer is identified by a reference the connector assigns (Buyer A, Buyer B), never the agent. A showing request has no free-text field, so nothing about the buyer travels with it. Messages sent on a request afterwards are free text: the server screens them for contact and identifier patterns, that screen is not complete, and whatever it accepts is stored and shown to the sales team.
