UpWill is a planning companion: you speak or write about your day, and your notes keep your plans up to date (time, rest, sleep, money reserves, bills, people and daily life). With the connector, Claude can add a note to your UpWill diary in your own words (UpWill reads it and adds clear updates to your plans, with Undo), show your plans, your recorded days as the My Life view, your week and your recent notes, change a plan's next step or pause it when you ask, record a check-in or what a reserve holds now, and undo an update. A weekly look-back prompt goes through the week one plan at a time. You approve the connection on UpWill's own screen and can disconnect it any time in Settings → Connected apps.
