Observer turns the metrics your team already watches into a status page your customers can trust, and keeps the evidence behind every incident and SLA. With this connector your assistant can: Check live status: metrics, agents, services, SLOs and open incidents. Set up monitoring: test a check before creating it, then apply metrics, services and status pages as config. Run incidents: draft an incident from a failing metric, write updates, and publish or resolve them when you approve. Schedule and run maintenance windows. Pull SLA statements, incident impact and signed evidence for customers and auditors (Business plan). Every tool is marked as read-only, changing or destructive, and actions that notify subscribers are flagged. Connect to https://mcp.use.observer/mcp/readonly to give your assistant read access only. Each connection is limited to the Observer organisation and permissions you approve, and you can revoke it at any time under Developers, API keys.
