Vakilat
Vakilat gives Claude the judgments of the Supreme Court of India from 1950, as the Court published them in its official copies, with the Court's own paragraph numbers. With Vakilat, Claude can: - search the judgments for a point of law, a provision, a judge or the parties' names; - find the judgment an SCC, AIR, SCR, SCC OnLine or neutral (INSC) citation points to, or the judgment for a case number; - read paragraphs word for word by the Court's own numbers, with their pages in the official copy; - search inside one judgment for the paragraphs on a point; - check a citation, and whether a quotation appears word for word in the judgment and in a named paragraph; - list later Supreme Court judgments that cite a judgment, with the citing paragraph, and the authorities a judgment cites; - map a section of the IPC, CrPC or Indian Evidence Act to the BNS, BNSS or BSA, and back. Every result links to the paragraph on app.vakilat.io and to the Court's official copy. Vakilat holds no High Court or tribunal judgments yet. All nine tools only read. They never open your Vakilat matters or documents; Vakilat receives only what each tool needs, such as a query, a citation or a quotation. Sign in with your Vakilat account. Each account has a daily number of tool calls per seat, shown on app.vakilat.io/connect. Vakilat is research help for lawyers, not legal advice. Check every authority before relying on it.
