VDRom is the operating system for fundraising and investor relations. The VDRom connector lets Claude work in your VDRom account as you. Claude can help you build and update visual data rooms and documents. It can also pull a person's or an organization's full activity history: emails, meetings and data room visits to determine whether a follow-up is due. Review calendar meetings and meeting notes, look up contacts, create or edit email templates, handle pipeline management and more. Claude sees only what you can already see in VDRom, but only the workspaces you allow when you connect. You can narrow, pause or disconnect the connection any time in VDRom under Settings → Account → Connected apps.
