Create VeriCasa property reports from Portuguese property documents. Start a named property case, upload documents in the case panel, choose categories for documents VeriCasa could not identify, and see which documents are still missing. Generate the property report when you are ready, view or download the generated PDFs, and ask questions grounded in the latest report text. The report summarizes ownership, key property facts and registered mortgages, and flags issues such as expired certificates or details that don't match across documents. In the same chat, add or remove source documents. Document changes keep the existing report until you explicitly ask to regenerate it. Use the report panel to view the latest results, or ask for a summary in chat. You can also view your account and choose among your VeriCasa organizations. Requires a VeriCasa account with organization access and report-generation entitlement. Supports Portuguese property documents; directory availability in other countries does not add support for other jurisdictions. Identity documents are not accepted. The panel may ask you to approve a message before ChatGPT can show or summarize a completed report. Report text extracted from PDFs can be partial; the original PDFs remain available in the report panel. Tax identification numbers are not shown in chat.
