Vigil by PuzariCloud monitors websites, APIs, cron jobs and servers, and runs status pages. This connector lets Claude read your Vigil workspace so you can investigate production problems in plain language instead of clicking through dashboards. Ask "What's down right now?", "What happened around 14:05 yesterday?", "Show me the stack trace of the newest checkout error" or "Which queries are slowest on web-01?". Claude uses 14 tools: workspace status, incidents (list, details, acknowledge), monitors, servers and host details, full-text log search, application errors with stack traces, slow database queries, stored traces with their spans, and a timeline that lines up incidents, failed checks, host peaks and error spikes around any moment. Everything is read-only except acknowledging an incident, which you can switch off when you connect. Claude sees only what your Vigil role can see, and it cannot change monitors, alert channels, billing or your team. You can disconnect it at any time under Settings → API keys → Connected AI apps.
