Viirtue connects ChatGPT and Codex to your Viirtue cloud phone system, so you can ask what you would ask a colleague: which calls you missed yesterday, who is logged into the support queue right now, whether the front-desk phone is online, what your AI voice agents handled this week, or whether a fax went through. Answers are looked up live from your phone system account and returned in plain language. What it can look up: users and extensions, devices and their registration status, phone numbers, call history and live calls, voicemail and call-recording details such as time and duration, call-center statistics for queues and agents, call-flow settings such as business hours, answer rules, auto attendants and blocked numbers, AI voice agent activity and usage, and fax numbers and delivery status. What it can change in your phone system: two narrow actions, each confirmed with you before it runs. It can update a user's first name, last name, or email address, and it can log a call-center agent into or out of a queue or set a busy reason. It cannot delete anything, place calls, send messages or faxes, or buy anything. If an answer looks wrong, you can ask it to report the problem: your description, with a summary of your last few lookups (which tools ran, for which company and extension, and whether they succeeded), is logged for the Viirtue team that runs this integration. Call recordings, transcripts, voicemail audio and transcripts, text-message content, fax page images, and AI voice agent transcripts and summaries are blocked unless Viirtue turns them on for your company at your organization's request. Once on, they are delivered either in full or with identifying details masked; at the masked setting, audio is not available. Who it is for: businesses that use Viirtue's cloud phone system. It is not intended for work involving protected health information. You need an existing Viirtue account and the sign-in credential Viirtue issued for you. Sign-in happens on Viirtue's own page, never in the chat, and your connection reaches only the accounts your credential is allowed to see. Your administrator can revoke access at any time.
