Vritax shows which needs (intents) a connector in Claude's directory meets, and which other directory apps meet the same needs. Two read-only tools: - get_app_intents: give an app's name, directory link or directory id; get the needs its tools are classified under, with the tools behind each need. - find_alternatives: give an app the same way; get up to 10 other directory apps whose tools meet the same needs, ranked by how many needs they share, with each app's own tools behind the shared needs. Example questions: - "What needs does Notion meet?" - "Which apps meet the same needs as Linear, and why?" Answers come from Vritax's public catalog of Claude's directory, taken as dated snapshots; every answer names its snapshot date. Shared needs indicate possible alternatives; they do not establish actual competition, usage or Claude recommendations. An app missing from the catalog, or without classifications, says nothing about what it can do. No account or sign-in is needed. Vritax stores no conversation data; it logs the tool name, the typed input and the response time, and nothing that identifies you.
