Infrastructure Threads record where the same named physical asset appears in two events. The Bloc Membership Register classifies nations by their dependency on a bloc's AI-stack ecosystem, with graded membership categories. Sovereign Capability Profiles assess actors across seven AI infrastructure dimensions through a three-gate designation framework. The Compute Commitment Register records publicly documented commitments of computing capacity to societal challenges, one record per instrument with quantities as declared, assigned to a fixed challenge list derived from the lists of qualifying institutions. The 18 read-only tools serve every layer above, plus the coordination topology, dated coordination metrics and methodology lookup. The corpus is a verified sample, and its figures are dated observations. Methodology corrections are published through a public errata and corrigenda record. Free access, with no account, returns the full shape of the corpus: every event classification, connection record, topology node and actor designation.
