WatchPatrol
Connect WatchPatrol and Claude can search the peer-to-peer watch market for you: forum classifieds from WatchUSeek, OmegaForums, Rolex Forums and r/Watchexchange, plus marketplaces including eBay, in one index covering 450+ brands and 5,000+ models. Things you can ask: - What are sellers asking for a Tudor Black Bay 58, and which way has it moved this year? - Find Speedmaster listings priced below comparable ones. - What watch is this? (attach a photo) - Compare the Submariner, Seamaster 300M and Black Bay 58 side by side. - What's this seller's history before I send money? - Set an Alert for a Cartier Tank under $4,000, then show me what's new since I last checked. Pricing comes from what sellers are asking in comparable listings, weighted toward recent ones. These are asks, not completed sales. Every valuation carries a sample count, a confidence level and recent comparables, so thin data reads as thin. Deals are listings in the bottom quarter of comparable asks for that model; implausibly cheap outliers, usually parts or mismatched listings, are counted and set aside. Photo identification returns the closest visual matches from the catalog with similarity scores. Treat them as candidates to confirm, not a definitive ID: homages and shared case designs can score close together. Seller checks pull listing history, activity across sources, forum feedback and community reports. That's context for your own diligence. WatchPatrol doesn't verify identities, hold payments or offer buyer protection; these are peer-to-peer sales. Alerts and your starred watchlist sync with watchpatrol.net and the WatchPatrol app. Alerts notify you by email or push when a new match is indexed. Free with any WatchPatrol account; you sign in through OAuth when you connect. The free Hobbyist tier includes 250 tool calls and 10 photo identifications a day.
