Welltory
Welltory lets ChatGPT read the health data your Welltory iPhone app already has, so you can ask about it in your own words. Try questions like “How was my sleep last night?”, “What do my recent Energy, sleep, and activity data show before I decide whether to work out?”, “What in my Welltory data might help explain today’s lower Energy score?”, or “How did my week go?” ChatGPT can see your Health, Energy, and Stress scores, sleep score and duration, steps and activity, workouts with heart-rate zones, individual HRV measurements, and trends over time. Things to keep in mind: - This connection only reads your Welltory data. It can’t change anything in your account or act on your behalf. - ChatGPT reads data from your iPhone when you ask. If your iPhone is offline or the Welltory app is closed, the data won’t be available in ChatGPT. - Welltory scores are based on data from consumer devices. They can help you notice patterns in your wellbeing, but they aren’t clinical measurements, a diagnosis, or medical advice. To use Welltory in ChatGPT, you need a Welltory account with Welltory Care and the latest Welltory app for iPhone. Android isn’t supported yet. Sign in to Welltory, then consent to sharing your Welltory data with ChatGPT. You can disconnect at any time in the connection settings of ChatGPT.
