Where Grads Work
Where Grads Work answers questions about U.S. colleges, universities and career schools with public federal data. For about 5,700 schools, it returns: - Completions from IPEDS (National Center for Education Statistics): how many students finish each year, and the largest programs. - Median earnings from the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard, for the whole school and for single programs, 1 and 4 years after completion, with the number of graduates behind each figure. - Tuition and fees and the average net price from the College Scorecard, with the release they come from. - For program earnings, the Department of Education's published median earnings of working adults aged 25 to 34 with only a high school diploma in the school's state, shown as a reference figure with its source. For a small set of schools, it also returns the top employers and job titles of Class of 2025 graduates, counted by Prentus from public professional profiles. Every figure is an aggregate. No result names or describes a person, and counts under 5 are not shown. The plugin reports numbers and their sources. It does not rate schools or programs. Each result links to the school's page on wheregradswork.com and, where one is on file, to the school's own website.
