Wishlistme

Wishlistme is a wishlist and gift-registry service. This plugin lets people use it by chatting. What you can do: - See your wishlists and what is on them. - Create a wishlist and add, change or remove gifts (title, shop link, note, amount and currency). - Find the wishlist of one specific person by their exact e-mail address or full name, or open a list from its link. - Reserve a gift on someone else's list so nobody buys the same thing, see your reservations and cancel one. - Paste a shop link and the title and picture are read from the page; lists and gifts show as cards in the chat. - Secret Santa (an optional extra permission): list your gift exchanges, create one, rename it, change its description or cover picture (a link, or a file you attach), get its invitation link, delete one you organise (the assistant asks first) and, after the draw, see who you give a gift to. Who it is for: people who keep a wishlist and people who shop for friends and family. Privacy and limits: you approve the connection and choose what it may do, including read-only. The plugin cannot list or browse everyone's wishlists; finding a person needs an exact e-mail address, a full name or a link. The owner of a personal list never sees who reserved their gifts, also not through the assistant. It cannot send messages, delete wishlists or your account, or make payments, and in Secret Santa it never shows who gives to whom (you only see your own pair; not even the organiser can read the pairs through the assistant), and group-funded gifts cannot be reserved from the chat. You can see what the assistant did and disconnect it at any time in Profile, Connected applications on wishlistme.app. For gifts on other people's lists that have a partner link, the link the assistant receives is the shop's own page with our partner tag (a direct link, no redirect through wishlistme.app) and the shop's name is shown beside it; it is a partner (affiliate) link and Wishlistme may receive a commission at no extra cost to the buyer or the list owner. List owners always get the link they entered, and Wishlistme does not choose which gifts or shops appear.
