Workers Comp by State

ClaudeCommunityby Workers Comp by State

Workers Comp by State lets Claude answer the questions an injured worker has first: how much will I get each week, how long do I wait, and what deadlines can I miss? Ask in plain words, for example "I hurt my back at work in Texas and made $950 a week. How much will workers' comp pay?", and the connector returns that state's rules: the benefit rate, the weekly maximum, the waiting period, how soon to tell the employer, the deadline to file a claim, whether a settlement needs approval and any limit on attorney fees. Each rule comes with a link to the official state agency page or statute it was checked against, and the month it was last checked. Give a weekly wage and it adds an estimated weekly wage-loss benefit, capped at the state maximum. It covers all 50 states. Where a state has no single confirmed weekly maximum, it says so rather than guess. Every answer links to that state's calculators on WorkersCompByState.com. Read only. No sign in. The connector never asks for a name, employer, claim number or contact details, and it does not store or log questions. General information, not legal advice; the insurer or the state agency sets the actual benefit.
