For members of Workspace by black vc, the coworking space and private offices at Level 3, 4 Mort Street, Canberra City. Connect your member portal account and ask Claude things like "What have I got booked this week?" or "Book a meeting room for four on Thursday at 2pm". What it can do: - See your upcoming desk and room bookings - See your room credits, account credit, prepaid desk days and printing balance - Check which meeting rooms, the boardroom and coworking desks are free - List upcoming members-only events at black vc and community events in Canberra - Answer how-to questions from the black vc help centre (hours, access, Wi-Fi, printing, mail, billing) - Book or cancel a room or desk, only after you confirm the details and price in the conversation It only sees your own account. Bookings that need a card payment give you a link to finish in the member portal. Times are Canberra time. You need an active black vc membership and a member portal login.
