WristWise connects Claude to sleep, heart-rate and exercise data available through Android Health Connect on your phone. Ask about last night's sleep, recent heart-rate patterns, workout minutes or a 7-day or 30-day wellness summary. Six read-only tools are available: get_summary, get_sleep, get_heart, get_exercise, search and fetch. WristWise never writes to Health Connect. Your health history is kept on your phone. For standard users, requests and answers pass through the WristWise relay to the assistant you choose. Pending exchanges may be held temporarily, for up to 10 minutes, rather than retained as health history. You can disconnect in the app or in Claude; access also expires after the app has not checked in for 72 hours. Real-data use requires an Android phone with Health Connect, a compatible data source and the WristWise app with the required permissions. The app is currently in Google Play testing, not generally available. See the documentation page for testing access. Reviewers can connect using the supplied synthetic demo without a phone or app. Demo responses are labelled and contain no real person's health data.
